How to become a Member:   You can become a member by attending a meeting and submitting an application, then upon payment of the annual dues, you are a member.

Dues: Starting January 2008, the pricing will be $10.00 per adult - $20.00 per family - $2.50 per junior (under 18) whose parents are not in the club.  Dues must be in by January 1st or upon acceptance into the club. Come and join us as a guest and if you like what you see and hear, become a member.  

Benefits of Membership:

Social:  Social interaction is a large part of our club. We have social time before and after every meeting, where members discuss all facets (no pun intended) of the hobby.   In addition our annual picnic and camp out as well as other field trips provide addition social opportunities.

Bulletin:  Your annual dues include a subscription to our award winning club bulletin The HyGrader.   The HyGrader is an excellent source to keep track of club activities, find our who's who, and general information.

Library:   Members are allowed to check out books, videos, and magazines from our specialized library collection. Our Library is more extensive in the area of Geology, Jewelery Crafts, and Lapidary than the local librarys and bookshops.

Rockamites:  Family membership includes membership in the Rockamites club for family members between 6 and 18.   The Rockamites Club provides fun and education activities for the young and young at heart.
